Recently, I made another paper doll. This is with a Valentine's day theme. She has a cream lace dress and is holding a heart covered with pink paper roses and ribbon. This would be a good Valentine's Day Idea and it can be used for wedding gifts and anniversary gifts as well.

How to Make a Bow out of Paper

Recently, I saw two videos by LiveLoveScrap and KnallCrafting about making paper bows. I felt inspired by what I saw but I didn't have the machine they used in the video. So I came up with a way to make the bows using a Martha Stewart small heart punch.

I made this paper bag valentine's day card from 100% recyclable materials. In fact, this is actually recycled and re-purposed Christmas scrapbook paper. I used red pages from an old Christmas stack I had in my stash. The red paper was really bright red and perfect for Valentine's Day. Recycle and re-purpose your papers for other projects. Save money and see if you have some pink paper or red that you can re-purpose for Valentine's Day this year.

Homemade Crafts For Your Room

Make homemade crafts for your room or home! I made this out of recycled snack cake box. I used coral, peach, and pale pink paper roses to make this sign. I used twine to make a loop to hang on the wall. I finally got to use my little orange eyed teddy bear. He didn't match any of my other projects, but he fits in well here as he helps even out the weight of the sign. Peach satin ribbon with a beige pearl help to complete the project. I had a lot of fun making this one. I found that its good to save things that don't match other items because you never know when you these things may fit in with another project.
