Hi there. Thanks for the comment. I love using Gold paint because it disguises the fact that it is actually recycled catalogs.
Have you seen iris cards? They are made from pieces of folded paper. I think I have a link to their website on my blog somewhere. I use pieces of security envelopes to make mine. I bet you could spray paint stips of paper and put a jewel in the center of the "Iris" to give them some bling! =0)
